Individual Therapy: One-on-One therapy helps
clients define issues that are preventing them from
leading balanced lives. From mood swings to depression,
anxiety or low self-esteem, finding new patterns and
coping mechanisms helps clear a pathway to a fuller life
experience and peace of mind.
In understanding the individual, I consider the whole
person - historically in terms of family of origin issues
- mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually and
help put the "pieces of the puzzle" together. I encourage
people to use their resources, including God, or a Higher
Power, and appreciate addressing spiritual concerns.
